Dhrishta Health Care Services ("Dhrishta", "we", "us") is a home healthcare provider based at Near Reliance Smart Point, Bypass Road, Murakambattu, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh 517127. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our day-to-day work, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Enquiry details. When you fill the contact or booking form we collect your name, phone number, email address, pincode, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
- WhatsApp and phone conversations. If you message or call us, we keep notes of what was discussed so we can follow up properly and plan your care.
- Care information. Once care begins, we record the health details needed to deliver care safely: routines, medications, mobility, and instructions from the treating doctor. These records are treated as confidential.
- Technical basics. Our server records the IP address alongside each form submission. We use it only to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use your information
- To call you back and answer your enquiry.
- To arrange the free assessment and plan the care you asked for.
- To match and introduce the right caregiver or nurse.
- To send invoices, care reports and service updates.
We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not send promotional messages without your consent. If you asked us to call you, we call you. That is the extent of it.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets one small session cookie so that our forms work securely. It contains no personal information and disappears when you close your browser.
If we have enabled Google Analytics, it sets optional cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read most. The map on our contact page
Our contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find our centre easily. Who we share information with
We never sell your data. We never trade it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. Your information is shared only with:
- The caregivers, nurses and coordinators assigned to your family, and only the details they need to provide care.
- Your treating doctor, where care requires coordination.
- Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Care records are kept for the duration of service and afterwards for the period needed for invoicing, dispute resolution and any legal requirements. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Keeping it safe
Access to your information is limited to the staff who need it for their work. The website is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are protected against tampering and abuse.

If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date at the top. Significant changes will be mentioned to active clients directly.
